基于井下定向钻孔的煤层底板水害防治技术研究

Technology and application of Mine Floor Water Disaster Prevention by Directional Drilling in Underground Coal Mine

摘要: 针对常规钻孔注浆加固-改造技术固有的局限性,提出采用定向钻孔进行底板水害防治的方法,对钻孔设计、钻孔施工和钻孔注浆技术进行了研究。在河南焦作赵固一矿进行了现场应用,结果表明:钻孔设计合理,钻进施工顺利,注浆加固-改造效果显著,有利保障了工作面安全回采,定向钻孔注浆加固-改造方法能够实现矿井底板水害超前区域防治,可为相似条件矿区底板水害防治提供借鉴作用。

Abstract: Floor water invasion has been one of the major types of water disasters in the process of coal mine production and construction, but it has an important technical way for water disaster prevention and control in coal seam floor by the use of borehole grouting. In view of the shortcomings of conventional borehole for water disaster prevention and control, this paper proposes a method of using directional borehole for water disaster prevention and control in coal seam floor, and the borehole design and borehole construction and borehole grouting technology are studied, and the complete technical system is summed up. The application results show that the design is reasonable, the drilling construction goes well, the grouting effect is remarkable in Henan Iiaozuo mining area. The water disaster from coal seam floor is prevented and controlled in advance through this technology, and it also plays an important reference for similar conditions of mine areas with water disaster prevention and control in coal seam floor.
